Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Groups
Cognitive Processing Therapy groups help individuals process and heal from their past traumas.
In this group, participants will learn how traumatic experiences have impacted their lives and emotional well being. Through guided exercise and group discussions, members learn to confront these negative thoughts and gain a more accurate perspective of the event and its impact on their lives.
The group setting provides a space where participants can feel supported while they work through their trauma in a safe and structured environment. After group sessions, participants can meet with therapists individually to process their unique traumatic experiences.
