Cognitive Behavior Therapy with mindfulness (CBTm) combine traditional CBT techniques with mindfulness practices to help individuals manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more effectively.
This group aims to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges by teaching participants to become more aware of their thoughts and feelings without judgement. Mindfulness enhances CBT by promoting acceptance, self awareness, and emotion regulation helping individuals break unhelpful thought patterns and respond to challenges more calmly and effectively.
