Attachment Repair and Processing Therapy is a therapeutic approach aimed to heal and address emotional wounds related to attachment.

In this group, you will learn how early relationships, particularly with parents and/or caregivers, influences our current emotional well being. You will also learn how we should feel about ourselves and how we relate to the others and to the world. You will be able to process past attachment-related trauma such as abuse, neglect, abandonment, or inconsistent caregiving and be able to explore how these experiences affected you.

The goal for this program is to help repair those attachment wounds, creating a more secure self and improving our attachment relationships with others. Participants also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a therapist regarding their personal attachment wounds and reparation after group sessions. Group runs Monday to Friday all day.
